From June 17 to June 21, 6:00 to 8:00am, any child from ages 3 to 12 is invited to a week of great SCUBA fun! Camp is available for youth ages 3 through 12, and all youth 13 and older will be invited to serve as junior leaders.

On August 3, we invite any school-aged child and their families to come to our church for a special service of blessing as they embark on a new school year. Each child who comes will receive a bag full of school supplies and a small gift for the next school year.

We also have special gifts for teachers as they prepare for their new classes.

From July 7 to July 12 anyone connected to our church is invited to help lead a Vacation Bible School at Iglesia Luterana el Buen Pastor in McAllen, TX. In the afternoons, we will engage in some community improvement projects as well.

On various Wednesday evenings every month, our women’s ministry will gather in our Fellowship Hall to make tie pillows and blankets for patients in local hospitals. All women are invited to help — no need to bring any supplies.

Each 3rd weekend of the month we will gather on Saturday mornings to prepare meals for the homeless of Irving through Many Helping Hands.

If you would like to help, you may always make donations of bologna, bread, cheese, or mustard.

Our Young Adult Ministry will continue throughout the summer. Each Wednesday evening all adults in their 20s to early 40s are invited to connect together as we study, serve, and have fun together.
